How did we get our start?
Pup Whisker was founded in 2025 by a group of young people. Most of them have dogs and cats at home and often participate in public welfare activities to help stray dogs and cats. They found that poor quality toys caused great harm to dogs and cats, resulting in mental illness, injury and even death.
